Say Goodbye to Antibiotics With This Delicious Garlic Soup

Did you know that garlic can 100 times stronger than any antibiotic out there today? In addition garlic soup can be a powerful remedy used in treatment or prevention of flu, cold and even norovirus.

These days people use way many antibiotics that unfortunately makes the human organism antibiotic resistant. That’s way people are always searching for natural remedies to help them fight or prevent many diseases.

One of the best things about garlic (compared to antibiotics) is its ability to fight and treat mutated viruses and infections. A recent study conducted by the Washington University has shown that garlic is more effective than the two most often used antibiotics on the market. His healing secret lays in the allicin rich garlic cloves.

Ok, enough said, now let`s show you how to make this all natural antibiotic soup.

Ingredients:

  • 50 organic garlic cloves (5 garlic bulbs), previously cleaned and peeled
  • 2 tbsps. of olive oil
  • 2 tbsps. of butter
  • 2 large diced red onions
  • 1 tbsp. of fresh chopped thyme
  • 6 cups (250ml) of chicken broth
  • fresh or dried herbs, you can spice up the taste with parsley, bay leaves or something else of your choice
  • 3 cups of cubed or crushed stale bread
  • 1 cup of sour cream

Preparation:

Firstly you`ll need to turn your oven on and up to 350°F (that’s 180°C). While you wait, clean the garlic by spreading the cloves on an aluminum foil, spray it with olive oil and then wrap it all up nice and neat. After the oven hits up put it in and leave it to cook for around 90 minutes.
In the meantime take 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of butter and mix then all together with diced onion in a sauce pan for about 10 minutes.

After the garlic cloves are done and cooled add them to the onion mixture along with fresh thyme and maybe a couple of herbs (of your own choice) to spice things up. Reduce the temperature, add some bread crumbs or cubes and cook for 5 minutes until the bread is softened. After that remove any herbs or spices, grab your blender and mix until it turns into a half-creamy mixture. For the final touch put it all back into the pan on low fire and add the sour cream.
