You`ve may heard about Danette May, a very popular supporter of healthy living and founder of Mindful Health, LLC. She has recently shared a video in YouTube challenging people to join her 28-day lemon challenge and feel the health benefits.

As you well know lemon is an alkaline food that helps the body to eliminate all toxins. So drinking a glass of lemon water for 28 days straight will definitely cleanse your body and you`ll fell healthier, fresh and toxic-free.

As an added bonus this will also help if you have any weight problems because this fat melting drink drink cleanse the liver and in the same time it stimulates its ability to break down fatty cells. Your metabolism will get an extra kick, working in high gear and you`ll get the form you`ll always wanted but now you will also fell much happier, full of energy and as Danette says – “amazing in your own body”.

All you have to do to complete this challenge is juice or squeeze half a lemon, pour it in a half a glass of water and drink it on an empty stomach right after you wake up. This means you don`t eat or drink anything before.

Always strive to use organic lemons and do not use cold water. In fact Danette recommends using warm water or at least at room temperature.

I will start the challenge I do this anyway but I don’t do in a row.and it’s good to know to use warm water.So here I go getting healthy.
