7 Natural Home Remedies For Saggy Skin

Anti-aging products, wrinkle removing serums… they are all heavily targeted by the beauty industry. There are tons of brands out there with tons of chemicals in their tiny-tiny products that cost tons of money. The question is: Why spend that much money on something you can make at home and its 100% natural? Some will say that these remedies are not as effective as some products but they will certainly help and will not cause any health problems in the process.

1. Egg White and Yogurt

All you need to create this facial mask is 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of yogurt and pinch of sugar. First separate the egg whites from the yolk. Take the whites (you can store and re-use the yolk later), add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all up nicely into a bowl. Your facial mask is now ready. All you have to do is apply it on your face and neck, leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse with water afterwards. After a couple of treatments you will notice the increase of elasticity in the skin and reduced pores.

2. Argan Oil

Argan oil is actually a well known ingredients when it comes to beauty products. It`s rich with fatty acid, it can restore the elasticity of the skin and reduce the visibility of wrinkles. Apply it with a cotton ball, let it sink in for 15 minutes and rise with water. Do the same procedure once a week or simply include Argan oil as part of your sunblock or moisturizer.

3. Lemon

Squeeze some juice from a freshly cut lemons, dip a cotton ball into the juice and apply it on your neck and face with circular motion. After you`re done leave it like that for 10 min and rinse with water. Since lemons are acidic its best to apply a moisturizer later. This process will restore the elasticity of the skin and increase collage production thanks to the Vitamin C.

4. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil contains a large amount of anti-oxidants that reduces the wrinkles and tighten saggy skin. Also you can use coconut oil as a sunburn or add it to your daily moisturizer. Apply it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night.

5. Strawberry

Strawberries have a high content of antioxidants that can boost the production of collagen, ultimately increasing the elasticity of the skin and firm it up. You can apply it by rubbing freshly sliced strawberries or create a facial mask with some yogurt. No matter how you do it, leave it on for 15-20 minutes and then rise with water.

6. Cucumber and Avocado

Cucumber is also a well know ingredient with anti-aging agent. It will help in removing puffiness and skin whitening as well as unnecessary tanned skin and tightening of the pores. On the other hand Avocado is also a favorite remedy and a great exfoliator. When you mix them together than you have one powerful anti-aging remedy. Make a paste from mixing one cup (or half of avocado) and one cup of cucumber. Blend it nicely, apply it to your skin, let it work its magic for 30-40 minutes and wash it down with water. Do this treatment at least one a week regularly and soon the results will be noticeable.

7. Aloe Vera

Besides helping with sunburn Aloe Vera can help your skin regain its elasticity.  It’s actually the Malic Acid in the Aloe that helps treat saggy skin. The process is the same – just apply it on your skin, let it dry and wash it off.

Avoid bad habits, exercise regularly and eat some healthy food for better results.
