7 Immune Booster Orange Smoothie Recipes

There`s no better way to start your day than with one of these creamy super-healthy, nutrient rich smoothies. They will fill your body with loads of much needed vitamins and mineral and keep you in shape. Here is how to prepare 7 of the best ever orange smoothies:

Orange & Banana Cream Smoothies

  • ¼ cup of fresh orange juice
  • ¼ cups of pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • ½ bananas
  • ¼ tsp grated fresh ginger root and
  • a couple of small ice cubs

Put all of these ingredients into a blender and mix everything up nicely.
Serves 1

  • Cut 1 peeled medium size banana into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 peeled ripe peach pitted halved and diced
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 cup and a half of orange juice (freshly squeezed) and
  • 3 small ice cubes

Mix all of these ingredients into a blender until it becomes smooth.
Serves 2

Orange, Pineapple and Ginger Smoothie

  • ½ cup of fresh orange juice
  • ¼ cup of Pineapple juice
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ tsp freshly peeled and
  • ½ cup of small ice cubes

Put everything together and blend away until it becomes smooth
Serves 1

Orange, Pineapple and Coconut Mix Smoothie

  • ¼ cup of fresh orange juice
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tbsp of coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp grated fresh ginger root and
  • ½ cup of crushed ice or two small ice cubes

Mix everything into a blender.

Orange Banana and Yogurt Smoothie

  • 2 peeled and sliced oranges
  • 1 frozen banana (chunked)
  • ¼ cups of orange juice
  • 2 T. yogurt and
  • 1 tsp, of vanilla

Blend everything nicely.
Serves 2

Orange and Milk Smoothie

  • 6 oz of orange juice
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • ¼ cup of sugar (by choice)
  • ½ tsp vanilla and
  • 10 ice cubs

Put all ingredients into a blender, cover and mix it up and serve immediately.
Serves 6

Orange Fruit Smoothie

  • Peel 1 medium size banana and cut it into 1inch pieces
  • Peel 1 ripe peach than pitted and dice it into small pieces
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 and a ½ cups of freshly squeezed orange juice and
  • 3 large ice cubes

Whip in blender until it becomes smooth.
